Quartz Dental's advanced dental lab technology provides new levels of productivity and power. With Quartz Dental's inLab MC XL milling unit and CAD/CAM options we can produce perfect, full-contour crowns in as little as 6 minutes.
The inLab MC XL features a modern, elegant design with solid, heavy-duty construction. Milling performance and precision has been optimized to +/- 25 microns. The tandem burs now spin at 60,000 RPM resulting in considerably faster milling times - approximately 6 minutes for a full-contour crown.
Quartz Dental's inLab, CAD/CAM system covers a wide range of indications from inlays, onlays and crowns to multiple-unit bridges. This state-of-the-art CAD/CAM miraculously combines cutting-edge technology with precision craftsmanship. The Lee Culp Tooth Anatomy Library found in the new inLab software provides users with the meticulous detail lab technicians have come to expect from one of the world's most respected authorities on natural tooth anatomy. Essentially, inLab is a system developed by lab technicians for dental lab technicians.
